Eligibility

All Active Employees with an approved Full Time equivalent of 0.5 (20 hours per week / 40 hours per pay period) and above, except any person working on a temporary or seasonal basis.

Contribution

100% employee-paid. Premiums are collected through payroll deduction at UCHealth's group rates.

Both plans include portability and travel assistance through On Call International, worldwide.
